Subscriptions
Fitscan subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store. To manage, cancel, or request help with billing, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Data requests
You can request deletion of Fitscan data associated with your installation by emailing junhong.liao@icloud.com. Deleting app data does not cancel an active App Store subscription or erase Apple's purchase records.
