Terms of Use
Last updated: June 25, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Fitscan. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard terms for apps distributed through the App Store.
Apple standard terms
Fitscan uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store: Apple Standard EULA. If these terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's required terms control where applicable.
Using Fitscan
Fitscan helps you capture scan check-ins, review training-relevant focus areas, generate workout plans, log workouts, and track progress. You are responsible for the information and photos you submit and for deciding whether any workout is appropriate for you.
Subscriptions
Some Fitscan features require a paid subscription. Purchases, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple through the App Store and your Apple ID subscription settings. If a subscription renews, Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple ID unless you cancel before renewal according to Apple's subscription rules.
Fitness guidance only
Fitscan provides fitness guidance and visual body-analysis estimates only. Fitscan does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, injury prevention, or exact clinical body measurements. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training plan if you have health concerns, are injured, are pregnant, or have been advised to limit physical activity.
No guaranteed results
Training results vary based on many factors, including consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics, exercise execution, equipment, and health status. Fitscan does not guarantee any specific physique, strength, weight, or health outcome.
Acceptable use
Use Fitscan only with photos and data you have the right to submit. Do not use the app to process images of other people without permission, upload illegal or harmful content, interfere with the app's operation, attempt to bypass subscriptions or access controls, or use the app in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Generated guidance
Fitscan may generate scan analysis, workout plans, exercise guidance, and related text using automated systems. Generated guidance can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review all guidance before relying on it and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Fitscan collects, uses, and protects information.
Changes and availability
We may update Fitscan, change features, correct errors, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fitscan and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or other losses arising from your use of the app, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
